Non-flammable polystyrene faced sandwich board(also called BMP) is a high-performance wall building material and decoration material. The both sides of board are BM fire prevention board and the inner of it is made of EPS or XPS polystyrene foam plate. The size can be tailor-made upon the request from customers. In America and Europe it is widely used in mobile residence or business house, wall of building, floor, roof, etc. With BMPs, the constructionneed no frame but is executed speedily. Its heat preservation performance is fine and this architecture manner is called the "future architecture manner".
BPMs for the wall purpose can be made into different specification-sand thus the design is creactive and variable. Windows or doors can be set on any position. The water-proof glue is used to stick the A-class non-inflammable and EPS. During the production line, the EPS and XPS are directly combined and thus the water-proof performance is very well. BPMs can be ethier made into an integrated wall or into dismantled parts that will be transported in container and assembled on the floor pedestal in the construction site after they are moved out of container in a fast way. The structure of BPM is an embedded board with multiply elements. It is formed by foam of BM fire prevent on board and XPS high density polystyrene. The inner structure is very tight and stable. BM holds a quantity of long plant fiber that causes a tiny linear expansion coefficient, thus you do not need to worry about the expansion, deformation caused by external reasons. It also performs well in heat preservation and fire prevention and higher than other material in anti-shock, anti-impact and anti-bending. |
